Started by Anastasia with a kitchen and a clear idea of what a meal should feel like. Fifteen years later, the regulars still come back every time they pass through Outjo.
Swiss-trained kitchen
The schnitzel, the eisbein, the cordon bleu — these are not just menu items. Anastasia trained in Switzerland and brought the recipes home. You can taste the difference.
